Now’s the time to get those party invitations in the mail. While you might feel the urge to have a gala event, try to keep it simple so that your baby isn’t overwhelmed.
Limit guests to close friends and family and schedule the party at a time when you know he’ll be rested. There’s no need to go overboard on decorations or entertainment—save magicians, clowns, and such for future birthdays.
Remember to take lots of pictures or record it on video so you can show him when he’s all grown up!
