Week 14: Growth and Movement!
At the beginning of this trimester, your unborn baby measured a little less than 2.5 inches long, about the size of a Matchbox car. His head is large in proportion to his body.
Although you won’t feel it for a few more weeks, your little one is moving around freely in the amniotic fluid. The muscles and bones of his body are strengthening.
By the end of this stage, your unborn baby will have his own distinctive fingerprints, and the genitals will be developed enough to clearly tell whether you are having a boy or girl!
