Week 28: You’re in the home stretch!

Your little one is still very thin, with little body fat, but that will soon begin to change. He weighs about 2 pounds now, but by 30 weeks, he’ll be nearly 3 pounds.
As the fetus grows in size and crowds the abdominal cavity, you may have difficulty taking deep breaths or getting comfortable at night to sleep.
Or, you may just be awake at night anxiously awaiting the arrival of your new son or daughter!
Learn about the changes you can expect during the third trimester.
