Week 7: Tremendous Changes

happy working pregnant momYour body may not be showing much on the outside yet, but tremendous changes are occurring within your body right now.

You may be starting to experience some symptoms and discomforts of pregnancy. Mood swings, headaches, fatigue, frequent urination, and breast changes are common in these first weeks.

It’s likely that your breasts are swollen and tender. You may have noticed that your areolas have darkened and gotten larger, and they may now be covered with small white bumps. Veins may also be more noticeable now on the surface of your breasts. If your breasts are sore, wearing a supportive bra can be helpful.
